  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olives, feta cheese, chickpeas, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, and parsley.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, cayenne, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
