Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup prepared ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup grilled corn
- 1/4 cup black beans, drained and heated
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons crushed tortilla chips
Method
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, ranch dressing, roasted red peppers, grilled corn, black beans, jalapeno peppers, cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, salsa, and crushed tortilla chips. Gently mix to combine all of the ingredients.
