Christmas Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, chopped into cubes
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, oranges, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, almonds and coconut flakes.
  • Drizzle the honey over the fruit salad and gently mix.
  • Serve chilled.
