- 2 large apples, chopped into cubes
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, oranges, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, almonds and coconut flakes.
- Drizzle the honey over the fruit salad and gently mix.
- Serve chilled.
