2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Then stir in the taco seasoning and black beans and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
3. Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and nacho chips inside the crispy tortilla.
4. Top with the ground beef mixture and other optional toppings. Serve immediately.
