Spicy Tuna Salad: An Exciting Twist on Classic Comfort Food

-2 cans of tuna, drained
-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, or more to taste
-2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
-1 teaspoon of honey
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
-1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-2 tablespoons of shallots, minced
-1/2 cup of celery, diced
-Salt & pepper to taste


1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, shallots, and celery.

2. Gently mix all the ingredients together, making sure that there are no lumps.

3. Once the mixture is evenly blended, season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve your Spicy Tuna Salad on a bed of romaine lettuce, with some freshly toasted bread, or in between two slices of your favorite sandwich bread.
