This delectable dish is made with fresh ingredients, including Italian Farfalle pasta, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and feta cheese, all tossed with a basil-infused olive oil dressing. You can customize this salad to your tastes by adding your favorite veggies, such as bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
This dish has a unique cultural influence. Referencing the Italian Farfalle pasta, artichoke hearts, and feta cheese, this salad has roots in Mediterranean cuisine. Additionally, citrusy olives and refreshing basil dressings make this salad sound like a culinary tour through the sunny hills of Europe!
Personally, I’m always drawn to pasta salads – they’re the perfect combination of light, yet filling. Pasta salads are so versatile, too; you can add your favorite ingredients and swap the dressing for a ranch or honey mustard if that’s more your style. Plus, with the added vegetables, this salad is an incredibly nutritious meal.
