Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. Italian Farfalle pasta
  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil-infused olive oil dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • Boil Farfalle pasta according to package instructions.
  • Once pasta is cooked, strain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, olives, and basil-infused olive oil dressing. Mix well.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve chilled.
