There’s a reason why Ruby Tuesday pasta salad is one of my all-time favorite dishes. It’s a perfect combination of crisp, crunchy vegetables and creamy, savory dressing that bring together an unbeatable combination of flavors. The best part is that you can customize the salad with whatever vegetables or proteins you like – the only limit is your imagination! Speaking of potlucks, if you’re looking for something a little different, why not take a page from the African-American culinary tradition and swap out the traditional noodles for homemade macaroni and cheese? Combine the cooked macaroni and cheese with the cooked vegetables, seed and spices, and dressing, and you’ve got a delicious soul food twist on this classic salad!
No matter how you decide to enjoy Ruby Tuesday pasta salad, it’s sure to be a hit. The combination of sweet, savory, and crunchy textures is sure to work its magic and tantalize your taste buds.
