-1 Large Jicama
-2 Ripe Mangoes
-2 Red Peppers
-4 Medium Tomatoes
-1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
-1/3 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
1. Peel and dice the jicama and mango.
2. Chop the red peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro.
3. Combine the jicama, mango, red peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro in a large bowl.
