Ingredients

• 2 bunches of kale, thick stems removed and roughly chopped

• 1 cup cooked quinoa

• 1 cup edamame

• 1/2 cup grated carrot

• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

• 1/2 teaspoon chile powder
