– 2 cans of tuna in water
– 2 large carrots, sliced thinly
– 2 celery stalks, diced
– 1 large red onion, chopped
– 1 green pepper, chopped
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
– 2 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ¼ cup of parsley, chopped
– “Top Secret” Dressing


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place the tuna on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Remove from oven and flake into large pieces. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, toss the carrots, celery, red onion, green pepper, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt together.
5. Place the vegetable mixture in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
6. After the vegetables are cooked, remove from the oven and add in the cooked tuna and parsley.
7. Drizzle with the “Top Secret” Dressing and toss gently until everything is combined.
