– 2 head of lettuce
– 1 yellow bell pepper
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1/2 cup kalamata olives
– 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1/4 cup olive oil

2. Slice bell peppers into thin strips and cool.
