Ingredients
- Half Cucumber
- Half Carrot
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 tbs Sugar
- 2 tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 tbs Sesame oil
- 2 tbs White Vinegar
- 1 tbs Sesame seed
Directions
- Boil the chicken until cooked throughout. Cool in cold water, and then shred by hand.
- Cut the cucumber and carrot into long, thin ‘match-stick’ style pieces.
- Mix the Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Sesame oil and Sesame seeds together with the chicken and salad..
